We currently ship throughout New Zealand.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During promotions, public holidays or busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Smoove is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information.

✨ Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us at hello@getsmoove.co.nz and we'll work with the courier to help resolve the issue.
