Smoove Safety Razor

Brushed Stainless Steel

Five blades? Bit dramatic.

A good shave doesn't need a stack of blades.

Smoove uses one replaceable double-edge blade for a close, comfortable shave. When it starts to feel dull, swap the blade - not the whole razor.

What is a safety razor?

A safety razor is a reusable razor that uses a replaceable double-edge blade instead of a disposable multi-blade cartridge. When the blade gets dull, simply replace the blade and keep using your Smoove.

Are safety razors hard to use?

There's a little bit of a learning curve, but don't let that put you off.

Use plenty of shaving cream or gel, hold your Smoove at roughly a 30° angle and use short, gentle strokes with very light pressure. Let the weight of the razor do the work for you.

Can I use my Smoove on my legs, underarms and bikini line?

Yes! Smoove can be used on your legs, underarms and bikini area.

Take your time around trickier areas, use plenty of shaving cream or gel and remember that light pressure is your friend.

Will I cut myself with a safety razor?

Like any razor with a sharp blade, it's possible to nick yourself - especially while you're learning.

The trick is not to press. Use short, gentle strokes, take your time and let the weight of Smoove do the work.

How often should I change my blade?

There's no magic number. It depends on how often you shave, where you're shaving and your hair.

You'll usually know it's time for a fresh blade when it starts to tug rather than glide comfortably (or between 5-10 shaves).
